REFUND POLICY
Astrologybeat members may purchase, or instead do a survey or sign-up with one of astrologybeat's sponsors for credits at will - members can then exchange credits for various downloads of - Natal, Forecast, or Couple's Comparison text. Credits can also be used to "Ask Lee-Ann" a Astrology related question (which may or may not be published on the website)
All unused credits expire 90 days after being assigned to client after a sponsor survey/sign-up completion or purchase, unless client completes a further sponsor survey or sign-up or purchases additional credits (in any amount). Doing a survey or sign-up or purchasing additional credits before the 90 day expiration renews all unused, unexpired credits for 90 days from the date of the new purchase. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. As a rule, there are no refunds for purchases. At the sole discretion of astrologybeat.com management, an exception to the no-refund rule may be granted for extenuating circumstances.

IP address of computer used to place an order is captured and printed on the order confirmation form along with time of order. This is required to discourage fraudulent use of credit card numbers. IP addresses will be turned over to law enforcement agents in case of an investigation of fraudulent credit card use from our website.

We may contact customers occasionally via e-mail to inform them of the order status, any problems with payments or returns or any special promotions. E-Mail addresses will not be shared with any third party for marketing or any other purposes.
